 Delivery Areas
We currently ship fresh flowers **only within Kolkata**. For delivery inquiries outside Kolkata, please contact us before placing your order.  

 **Processing Time**  
Orders are processed within **1-2 business days** (excluding weekends and holidays). Same-day delivery may be available for local orders—contact us for details.  

 **Shipping Methods & Delivery Times**  
- **Standard Shipping:** Delivered within **1-2 business days** in Kolkata.  
- **Express Delivery:** Available for an additional fee (same-day or next-day delivery, subject to cut-off times).  

*Note:* Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen delays.  

 **Shipping Fees**  
- Calculated at checkout based on delivery location within Kolkata.  
- Free shipping may apply for orders over **[X amount]**.  

 **Perishable Product Notice**  
Since we ship **fresh flowers**, we cannot guarantee their condition in transit due to weather or handling delays. We package orders with care, but we **do not accept returns or refunds** for natural wilting or minor damage.  

If your flowers arrive severely damaged, contact us **within 24 hours** with photos for resolution (replacement or store credit at our discretion).  

**Order Tracking**  
You’ll receive updates via WhatsApp/SMS once your order is dispatched.  

**Missed Deliveries**  
- If no one is available, our delivery team will attempt re-delivery or contact you.  
- We are not responsible for flowers left unattended in extreme weather.
