Refund policy



Due to the perishable nature of our products, "we do not accept returns or exchanges for fresh flowers" 

"Damaged or Defective Items"

If your flowers arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within "24 hours" of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review your case and may offer a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.  

"Delivery Issues"  

If there was an error with your order (e.g., wrong item delivered), please notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue.  

"Cancellations"

Orders can only be canceled if requested before processing/shipping. Once your flowers are prepared for delivery, cancellations are no longer possible.
